Serai brings Filipino flavours and wood-fire cooking to Racing Club Lane. The menu moves from smaller plates to larger dishes from the fire, with preparations such as kinilaw, sisig and inasal alongside seasonal Australian produce. It suits a group happy to share and leave time for a proper dinner.

The A$105 Chef’s Feed Me takes care of the ordering, while à la carte lets you build your own meal. A separate A$49 Salo-Salo lunch runs Thursday to Sunday from noon to 15:00. That makes it useful for a city day or an extended stay, but a race-weekend lunch competes with time inside Albert Park.

Reserve ahead, especially for a later return from the circuit. Tuesday and Wednesday offer dinner only, and Monday is closed. Add the published weekend or public-holiday surcharge to your food and drink choices.
