Flower Drum brings Cantonese dining to Market Lane in Melbourne’s Chinatown. For parties of up to four, an early 18:00 dinner finishes at 19:30; the later sitting starts at 20:00. The late sitting gives you more time to return from Albert Park, while a lunch on a non-race day pairs naturally with a city afternoon. Sunday dinner is available, with an earlier closing time than the rest of the week.

The current Spring Tasting Menu costs A$175 per person for five courses; the Signature Banquet costs A$300 for six courses. These are different choices, with drinks extra.
