Bistro Guillaume

Choose Bistro Guillaume when you want a French meal as part of a Southbank day. The Crown restaurant serves seasonal bistro cooking, with familiar classics and a Riverwalk setting. Book the dining space that suits your group, and request a terrace table if that is your preference without assuming it will be allocated.

A lunch can follow a morning in the galleries or a walk along the Yarra. Dinner suits a Southbank hotel base and can fit after racing if you leave a realistic journey from your circuit gate. The restaurant’s long service window gives you options, but it does not guarantee an available table or kitchen service at every arrival time.

Check the current à la carte or set menu and discuss allergies before booking. Weekend and public-holiday surcharges affect the total. Crown also lists an adults-only restriction after 21:00 or on special occasions, so families should confirm that their chosen service is suitable. Ask for the restaurant’s precise arrival route inside Crown if step-free access or a particular entrance matters.
