Intero offers an Italian-inspired East Austin dinner in part of the Bud’s Motorcycle Shop building. The setting gives motorsport-minded visitors a tangible connection to local motorcycle culture, while the seasonal cooking provides a different evening from barbecue or omakase.

F1 week is a special-event booking period here. Organise larger parties directly and read the cancellation conditions before reserving, especially for a weekend table that depends on the return from COTA.

The series timetable resolves both Academy race times; two Porsche race times remain pending because official sources conflict.
