Programme and transport reviewed 13 October 2026 against Formula 1, F1 Academy and COTA. The series timetable resolves both Academy race times; two Porsche race times remain pending because official sources conflict. Sunday final shuttle departure and exact Friday/Saturday headliner starts remain unpublished. Current 2026 grandstand accessibility is distinct from older ADA route guidance. Thursday access, concert upgrades and track access are separate decisions.

These are editable planning allowances for arrival at Austin–Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Adjust airport clearance and transfer time for your arrival terminal, hotel location and transport choice. Allow for race-week traffic and confirm your hotel’s check-in time; the transfer allowance is not a quoted journey time.

The Sweet-Spot Fan (Most Popular): Prime heavy-braking overtaking views into Turn 12 or stadium complex sightlines. Check the actual route from the selected hotel to Waterloo Park; a local transfer may be needed. COTA advertises a dedicated bus lane; allow for event traffic and confirm return service. Hot track meals plus 3–4 beers per day ($16/can in fan zones). Brisket feast at Terry Black's, SoCo patio dining, and craft cocktail bars. Official team polo ($130), Barton Springs swim, and local gifts.

Luxury VIP Experience: Main Grandstand Club and Paddock Club are different products. Cover, catering, drinks and pit walks depend on the exact purchased offer. Top-tier luxury suites with resort amenities in central Austin. Confirm permitted drop-off, parking and return pickup with the provider. No police escort or priority access is assumed. Zero extra meal spend assumes a purchased hospitality offer includes catering; otherwise increase this editable allowance. Tasting menus at Uchi, prime steaks, and private cocktail lounges.
