It is a useful counterpoint to the trip’s meat-heavy smokehouse stops, and works for visitors who want a substantial dinner without committing to an entire chef’s tasting.

Keep Friday–Sunday lunch for a non-circuit day. Dinner is a separate Manor Road transfer after your return to Austin; check the last food order rather than assuming closing time guarantees a late meal.
