Fabrik offers a plant-based tasting menu at its new Windsor Road home. Keep the evening free for the booked seating and arrange the Tarrytown return before travelling.

The restaurant is reservation only, with a relaxed dress code and a tasting that can last up to 2.5 hours. Choose Thursday or another non-circuit evening for an unhurried visit; confirm the exact start on your booking. Guests under 12 are not accommodated, and all guests participate in the tasting menu.

The restaurant and restrooms are wheelchair accessible; accessible parking and the rear breezeway are described by the venue. Request the current doorway and best accessible approach directly.
