Hestia makes the hearth the centre of a polished downtown dinner. Choose the tasting menu for a substantial evening devoted to the cooking, or explore the à la carte menu if your group prefers to choose its own dishes.

Keep a tasting reservation for an arrival evening or another night when you are already in Austin. The fixed start is harder to protect after COTA exit queues or a headline concert; allow time to return to your hotel before dinner.
