Choose Franklin when you can give lunch an open-ended part of the day. Service starts at 11:00 and ends when the barbecue sells out, so this is a poor fit for a tight pre-race departure.

Go on a free Tuesday–Sunday rather than your Monday departure day. Decide how long your group wants to wait and keep an alternative meal in mind if reaching the circuit takes priority. Check the restaurant’s current ordering options directly; a visit does not come with reserved seating or a guaranteed queue time.
