01 / The experience

Casa Jacaranda · market and cooking day

Give this experience a clear day of its own. Begin with the chef’s market visit, then cook and eat together at the Juárez venue. The menu follows the ingredients available that day.

Book the Mexico City morning market experience specifically. Evening sessions and Cuernavaca experiences have different arrangements. Keep dinner light afterwards and avoid adding another paid food tour to the same day.
