01 / The experience

Baltra Bar · Condesa

Make Baltra the one booked drinks stop of your evening. This compact Condesa lounge pairs a terrace entrance with low seating and a warmly lit bar; reserve through the official website’s OpenTable link rather than relying on a walk-in table.

Have dinner first at Botánico on Tuesday–Sunday, or Lardo on Monday–Saturday, and allow 20–30 minutes between the restaurant and Baltra for the local walk or short ride. These are separate bookings and bills. On Sunday, Lardo closes in the late afternoon, so choose Botánico or eat near your hotel instead.

Tell the bartender the flavours and strength you enjoy, or ask about an alcohol-free drink before reserving if that is essential to your group. A listed price band is not a tasting package. Confirm the current menu, table duration, any minimum spend and cancellation terms for the selected sitting.

Choose an earlier table before a full circuit day. After the race, wait until you know your exit and hotel-return time before committing to a fixed booking. Carry accepted proof of age; confirm admission rules for anyone under 18 directly. For families, the Centro churros evening is the simpler choice.
