Baldío
Try Baldío’s seasonal zero-waste cooking in an intimate Condesa dining room.
01 / The experience
Baldío
Book Baldío for a sustainability-led dinner built around Mexican farms, chinampa produce, fermentation and whole-ingredient cooking. The narrow dining room keeps the open kitchen and producers close to the experience.
Choose the tasting menu for a longer evening or the weekday menu for a shorter afternoon meal. Sunday closure makes Friday or Saturday the useful race-week options.
