Museo Nacional de Antropología
Choose a few galleries of Mexico’s archaeological and living cultural heritage for a substantial museum visit.
01 / The experience
Museo Nacional de Antropología
Spend a free morning with Mexico’s archaeological collections and the galleries devoted to living Indigenous cultures. Choose a small number of rooms rather than rushing the entire museum; the Mexica collection is a useful starting point.
Allow a longer visit if this is a priority. The courtyard and transfers add outdoor time, even when the gallery visit is an indoor choice. Keep the afternoon flexible and arrange a meal near your hotel or in Polanco afterwards.
