Delilah
A Wynn supper-club evening with live performers, seafood, steaks and playful dishes in a glamorous multi-level room.
01 / The experience
Dinner, live performers and the glamour of a supper club.
Delilah is for an evening when you want to dress up and stay at the table. The Wynn supper club draws on the showrooms of 1950s Las Vegas, with Parisian and Art Deco influences across its multi-level room. Live performers are part of dinner, so the appeal is as much the occasion as the menu: a celebration can unfold in one place rather than moving from restaurant to theatre to bar.
The food has enough substance to support that setting. Chef Jonathan Bauman's menu includes seafood towers, prime steaks and Beef Wellington, alongside dishes that make the restaurant feel less formal than its surroundings might suggest. Chicken tenders and Nuggets & Caviar sit in the same conversation as an elaborate seafood order. That mixture suits a table who want a special dinner without everyone having to choose the most solemn dish on the page.
For a lighter start, yellowfin tuna tartare brings radish, jalapeño and green apple together. King crab cavatelli uses vodka sauce and Calabrian chile, while sea bass is paired with Swiss chard, young turnips and citrus. Those are useful alternatives if your trip already contains several steak dinners. A seafood tower followed by a shared centrepiece takes the evening in another direction; quantities and the current menu are best discussed as one order for the table.
Choose the booking around the kind of night you want. Dinner service gives you a meal with the room's entertainment around it. The late-night offering on Thursday, Friday and Saturday is a different appointment and should not be treated as a way to obtain the full dinner experience after the kitchen's ordinary window. If the performance side is your main reason for going, ask what is scheduled for your actual reservation rather than expecting a particular artist from a previous event.
Little Bubble Bar is a smaller alternative within Delilah: five tables, offered first come, first served. It can be an appealing place for a drink, but its size makes it a poor substitute for a secured dinner table when you are travelling specifically for the restaurant. For a celebration or a group, reserve the experience you want rather than relying on the bar having space.
Wynn's Tower Suites enclave gives the arrival a more private feel than a restaurant directly beside a casino aisle. Delilah is near Wing Lei, opposite Rolex. It works well as the main event on an evening away from the track, or as a dressed-up finish to a day at Wynn. The age changes during the evening are consequential for families and sit with the booking information below.
