When to arrive—and when you can re-enter
- Thursday 19 November
- Gates 14:30–22:30; box office opens 14:00.
- Friday 20 November
- Gates 14:30–21:30; box office opens 14:00.
- Saturday 21 November
- Gates 14:30–23:00; box office opens 14:00.
- Re-entry
- Have your ticket scanned out before leaving your zone. No re-entry after 19:00 on any evening.
The published Saturday F1 ACADEMY paddock closing time contains two conflicting times. Confirm paddock access in the event app; the Feature Race itself is scheduled for 16:20–16:55.

Thursday: Practice 18:00–18:40 and Qualifying 21:30–22:00. Friday: Reverse Race 18:15–18:50. Saturday: Feature Race 16:20–16:55, before the F1 Grand Prix starts at 20:00.
Charge your phone and bring a power bank
Charge your phone before leaving and take a portable charger: your ticket, transport plans and evening photographs will all compete for battery. General spectator charging stations are not provided. Club Magenta has charging for eligible members and their guests; it is not a charging facility that every ticket holder can use.
- Night sessions
- Pack a warm base layer, an insulating layer, a windproof jacket, a hat and gloves. Check the forecast before leaving; exposed grandstands can feel much colder than the daytime Strip.
- Bag
- Clear tote/backpack up to 12 × 6 × 12 in, or a non-clear small handbag/fanny pack up to 6 × 9 in. Diaper bags are permitted when attending with an infant, subject to screening.
- Water
- Empty plastic or silicone bottle up to 24 oz. Refill stations are available; leave sealed water, metal vessels and hydration packs behind.
- Photos
- Bring a point-and-shoot camera if you wish. Leave detachable-lens cameras, selfie sticks, tripods, monopods and GoPro mounts at the hotel.
- Leave behind
- Umbrellas, strollers, chairs, stools and seat cushions.
Mobility-device charging remains available at Accessibility Services tents. Bring the required cords and accessories.
Choose your stage as well as your grandstand
Thursday 19 Nov: Australian Bee Gees, PACK Drumline and Super Cr3w. Friday 20 Nov: Icona Pop, Eli & Fur and Now You See Me Live. Saturday 21 Nov: Disco Dom and LP Giobbi. All 22 F1 drivers are confirmed for Q&A appearances over the weekend; individual interview and performance times remain TBC.
The F1 Business Summit runs Thursday 08:00–13:30 at Caesars Palace, followed by an F1 Arcade attendee social from 13:30–15:30. Caesars also confirms GIADA and Caramella race viewing, plus special Gordon Ramsay, Martha Stewart and Rick Bayless culinary events. Confirm availability and eligibility directly.

- Your ticket decides the stage
- T-Mobile Stage is for eligible T-Mobile Zone at Sphere tickets. Heineken Stage is in East Harmon and has a different eligible-ticket list. Admission to one does not automatically include the other.
- Business Summit
- Standard $550; VIP $2,500 includes Thursday Trackside Tavern admission, SPORT BEACH Clubhouse and Paddock Club shuttles. Friday and Saturday race admission is extra.
Set times remain to be announced. The Backstreet Boys afterparty is a separate show inside Sphere: buy the matching package or add-on, rather than relying on outdoor stage access.
Club Magenta: a useful extra if you already qualify
If you are an eligible T-Mobile member watching from the Sphere zone, Club Magenta adds a two-storey lounge with track and stage views, seating and phone charging. Members can bring up to two guests. Your race ticket must still admit you to the zone; membership does not buy circuit entry.
Magenta Hour gives members 50% off drinks at the private bar each night. Open your Magenta Pass in the T-Life app before setting out. Appearance times and bar-discount hours are not yet published here, so fit the lounge around the race sessions rather than planning an evening around a promised appearance.

Grand Prix Plaza admission uses physical credentials. If you missed the 9 October mailing-address deadline, collect them at the race-week accreditation centre. Pickup location and hours are to be announced; check the organiser’s credential instructions before travel.
