Bookings and practical limits
Reservations and race tickets are separate purchases. Suggested venue times require an available dated booking. Circuit approach windows allow for hotel exit, transport, walking and queues; they are not promised journey times. Meals and activities are editable estimates including a tax-and-tip allowance. Flights, gambling stakes and shopping above the spending allowance are excluded.

Thursday and Friday practice begins at 16:30, with the second F1 session at 20:00. Saturday’s Grand Prix starts at 20:00; its finish is unconfirmed. All times are local to Las Vegas.
The approach windows include time to leave your hotel, travel, walk and queue. They are planning allowances; the entrance and any shuttle entitlement follow your chosen ticket.
Meal, show and activity windows are requests until a dated reservation is secured. The budget follows your selected stops, dated room offers and ticket choice, with editable allowances where a price is missing.
