Founded 1896. A Jesuit (Roman Catholic) foundation established in 1896 as a house for Jesuit scholars and renamed Campion Hall in 1918 after the martyr St Edmund Campion.

Its home on Brewer Street is the only Oxford college building designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, opened in 1936, a refined understated house holding a remarkable collection of religious art and antiquities.
