Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris

Contemporary art gives Le Royal Monceau a distinctive reason to stay near the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel combines a private collection, gallery and art bookshop with an Art Concierge, making culture part of its everyday identity. Philippe Starck's design connects that artistic character with the rooms and public spaces of a Paris Palace hotel.

A private cinema and an art collection

The Cinéma Katara adds a particularly unusual setting: a 99-seat private auditorium used for the Royal Film Club and events. Together with the collection and bookshop, it gives the hotel several ways to spend time beyond the bedroom, without making each evening revolve around a bar or restaurant.

Restaurants, spa and the Avenue Hoche setting

Dining spans Matsuhisa Paris' Japanese and Peruvian influences, Italian cooking at Il Carpaccio and the more informal setting of Le Bar Long. Breakfast and brunch are served at La Cuisine. The range allows the stay to move between a substantial restaurant evening and a shorter stop within the hotel.

The spa brings another change of pace, with a 23-metre pool in a large wellness space. Avenue Hoche places the property near Étoile and Parc Monceau, but its strongest character is indoors: art, film, dining and design brought together within one address.
