Formula 1 ticket store
The F1 store’s 2027 calendar advertises a Japan waitlist at the 26 September check. Its release date and stock are separate from MobilityStation.

A waitlist or announced opening does not reserve a seat. Prices, fees, age categories and payment rules belong to each seller and product.

West Area general admission

Choose your viewpoint before the session

The official West Area page lists G, H, I, J, L, M, N, O and P. Adult advance admission is ¥22,000 for ages 24 and over; U23 is ¥11,000, elementary/junior-high children ¥6,000 and ages 3 to preschool ¥4,200. Use the official product map to distinguish roaming access from separately sold reserved seats.

Start with one part of the west course and leave time to walk between viewpoints. Leave extra time to reach the west course and follow the entrance instructions on your ticket.

  1. Check gate opening times and the entrance on your ticket before travelling.
  2. Arrive before your chosen session, allow for queues, and establish a viewpoint without blocking paths.
  3. Bring weather layers and comfortable walking shoes; check the circuit’s bag, seating and camera rules before packing.
West-course viewing choices
ViewpointWhy choose itWhat to plan for
Hairpin / I areaSlower cornering and a closer look at the cars.Check the permitted standing/viewing area; a West Area ticket is not an assigned I-seat reservation.
200R to SpoonLonger views of acceleration and cornering.A longer walk and changing sightlines; choose your spot before a session starts.
O / 130R sideHigh-speed running and the approach to 130R.Check which direction your chosen viewpoint faces; west-straight and Spoon views differ.
P / chicane approachBraking after the fast west-course section.Follow the official roaming-area boundaries, not the outline of a reserved stand.

Check whether your ticket includes a Thursday pit walk or Sunday track access before adding either to your plan.
