Inside Assila, separate spaces for men and women offer Swedish, relaxing and deep-tissue massages, with longer Thai and hot-stone treatments when you have more time. A 60-minute massage costs SAR 460; the 90-minute Thai and hot-stone options cost SAR 600. Choose a free morning or a day away from the circuit rather than squeezing an appointment into your race transfer. Pool access is a separate purchase.

The spa is inside the hotel, rather than a separate street-front shop. Travel to Assila on Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Street and head to reception for the appropriate spa. Men’s appointments run later into the evening, while the women’s spa closes at 21:00.
