How we handle reports

We assess reports against the relevant sources and update supported factual corrections. If the evidence is unclear, we may qualify or remove the claim while seeking clarification.

We prioritise errors affecting travel, admission and accessibility. We cannot promise an immediate response or provide live event support.

Tickets and urgent help

For booking changes, refunds, assistance at the venue or urgent travel disruption, contact your ticket seller, organiser or transport operator directly. Above Guide does not manage those services.
