Mount Royal Park hike and Kondiaronk Belvedere
This is Montréal’s signature urban nature experience: a climb or leisurely walk through Olmsted’s park to the Chalet and the Kondiaronk lookout.
01 / Why it matters
More than a stop on a list.
This is Montréal’s signature urban nature experience: a climb or leisurely walk through Olmsted’s park to the Chalet and the Kondiaronk lookout. The park is open daily from 6:00 to midnight, and the city highlights summer walking, running, cycling, Beaver Lake and the cross as core attractions. The official FAQ is also useful for mobility planning: from the Smith House parking area to the Chalet / belvedere it is about a 600 m, slightly inclined gravel walk.
