Airport, hotel and circuit Choose the entrance before choosing the journey

Use your current ticket for its colour zone and gate. Hotel connections reach a station area; road crossings, security queues and the final gate approach still need time. There is no re-entry, so leave bags at your hotel before setting off.

1. Metro costs 5 MXN per journey. Use a Tarjeta de Movilidad Integrada (MI); the card costs 15 MXN before adding credit. Standard Metrobús costs 6 MXN, while the airport service costs 30 MXN. Keep enough credit for the return.
2. Metro normally runs Monday–Friday 05:00–00:00, Saturday 06:00–00:00 and Sunday/holidays 07:00–00:00. Midnight is the network closing time, not a promised last train at your station. Allow time for all changes.
3. Check Metro and Metrobús service updates before each journey. Saturday’s Day of the Dead parade can affect Reforma and Centro road transfers. Do not assume extended race-night service.
4. For accessibility, confirm working lifts, interchange assistance and the signed gate approach with the operators and organiser. An accessible ticket does not establish a step-free hotel-to-seat journey.

| Ticket entrance | Connection | Return |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Puerta 1 · stadium / Palacio side | Metro Line 9 to Velódromo; follow the Palacio de los Deportes approach. | Line 9 towards Tacubaya for the hotel corridors. |
| Puertas 4, 6 and accessible 7 | Metro Line 9 to Ciudad Deportiva; accessible guests arrange station and gate assistance. | Line 9 towards Tacubaya, then reverse your hotel interchange. |
| Puertas 8, 9 and 12 | Ciudad Deportiva or Puebla according to your ticket and signed crossing. Confirm Gradas 8 and 9 allocations. | Line 9 towards Tacubaya; agree your meeting point before leaving. |
| Puertas 13 and 14 | Metrobús Line 2: UPIICSA for 13, Iztacalco for 14; follow event signs. | Line 2 towards Tacubaya to Nuevo León, then your hotel connection. |

Pre-arrange a licensed taxi or hotel car as a fallback. Confirm the legal pickup point outside restrictions and the fare. General parking is unavailable; a hospitality ticket does not itself authorise vehicle access. Confirm any chauffeur drop-off with your package provider before travel.

02 / Into the city

### From MEX to your hotel

Check whether you arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Choose the airport bus for Amajac and an onward city connection, or an authorised airport taxi for the hotel address. Airport construction can change the boarding location; follow terminal signs.

Both terminals

#### Airport Metrobús

30 MXN per person, one way

Allow for road traffic and the onward hotel transfer.

Board at

T1 Door 7 or T2 Door 4; follow temporary airport signs.

Go to

Amajac, via the San Lázaro connection.

Service

Mon–Sat 04:30–00:00; Sunday 05:00–00:00. Check your last departure.

Payment

MI card. A new card costs 15 MXN: 45 MXN including the first airport journey.

The map marks terminal connection areas, not a guaranteed temporary boarding bay. At Amajac, continue to the hotel by a separate local connection or taxi; confirm the stop if Reforma is diverted.

[Airport bus boarding and fare ↗](<https://www.metrobus.cdmx.gob.mx/comunicacion/nota/MB-240226>)

Hotel address

#### Authorised airport taxi

Confirm the fare at the authorised counter

Journey time depends on your hotel, traffic and diversions.

Board at

Authorised taxi counter in your arrival terminal; follow the assigned pickup instructions.

Go to

Your hotel’s exact street address.

Service

Confirm availability at the terminal or arrange with the hotel before arrival.

Payment

Confirm the total and accepted payment with the authorised operator.

For a pre-booked hotel car, share your flight and terminal and obtain the actual meeting point. For an accessible vehicle, arrange the required equipment and assistance in advance.

[Airport transport information ↗](<https://www.aicm.com.mx/aicm/preguntas-frecuentes>)

Terminal 1 option

#### Metro via Terminal Aérea

5 MXN per journey, plus MI card if needed

Allow for the walk to the station and interchanges.

Board at

Terminal Aérea station outside T1; follow airport directions.

Go to

Line 5 towards Pantitlán, then Line 9 towards Tacubaya for onward connections.

Service

Weekdays from 05:00, Saturday 06:00, Sunday/holidays 07:00; normally closes at midnight.

Payment

MI card with sufficient credit for the journey.

This option involves station changes and luggage handling. From T2, use its airport bus or authorised taxi rather than treating Terminal Aérea as a walkable terminal connection.

[Terminal Aérea station ↗](<https://www.metro.cdmx.gob.mx/la-red/linea-5/terminal-aerea>)

#### Hotel first, then the correct ticket entrance

Leave your luggage at the hotel, check your gate and agree a return fallback. Expand your hotel below for airport, outbound and return instructions. Choose the southern alternative only when your ticket directs you to Puerta 13 or 14.

Ticket2Ride · book transport separately

Ticket2Ride is a return coach transfer, not race admission. The 2026 seller lists 350 MXN per day or a 945 MXN three-day pass; confirm any additional checkout charges and availability. Departures are listed at 08:00. The organiser states 30 minutes after the event ends; confirm the day’s meeting time and boarding instructions with the operator.

Select your departure base when booking. Options include Reforma 222, Condesa, Auditorio Nacional and Plaza Carso. Obtain the exact loading bay and return meeting point from the operator; a shopping-centre or district name is not sufficient boarding guidance.

Return on Line 2 towards Tacubaya to Nuevo León, then complete the local journey to the hotel. Check the destination display: not every branch serves the same stops. If the service or final connection is unavailable, use the agreed hotel-car pickup.

Metro normally ends service at midnight. This is not the last train at your station: allow time for every change and leave before service closes. After the race, check the operating status before entering; for a late finish use the hotel-arranged car fallback.

Arrange a licensed taxi or hotel car to an agreed legal pickup away from event restrictions. Confirm the meeting point and fare before leaving; a hospitality pass does not by itself authorise vehicle access.

These connections are not certified step-free. Check the operator’s lift status and arrange assistance for both the station interchange and your ticket entrance.

For your flight, reverse the Amajac–airport connection after checking the terminal and operating hours, or book a hotel car directly to the correct terminal. Follow your airline’s check-in deadline and allow for road works and parade diversions.

#### Heading back to the airport

Confirm your flight terminal and airline check-in deadline. Check the airport bus service and last departure before using Amajac for the return; leave time for traffic and airport works. For an early flight or a parade diversion, arrange a hotel car and agree a pickup location the driver can reach.

Arrival & return advice

Match the entrance printed on your ticket before choosing a station. The organiser lists Metro Line 9, Trolebús Line 2 and Metrobús Line 2. Follow signed pedestrian crossings and current event instructions.

Stations & pickup points

- Western-side rail arrival. Compare the stadium/Palacio de los Deportes approach with the gate printed on your ticket; do not assume Puebla is the stadium stop.
- Northern-side rail arrival near the green-zone approach. Choose Puerta 4, 6 or another entrance only as permitted by your ticket.
- Northeastern rail arrival for the blue-side approach. Other zones can require a substantial perimeter journey; use the assigned entrance.
- Road-based handoff on the northern boundary. Check the service direction and walk to the entrance printed on your orange or pink ticket. Confirm current Line 2 routing and boarding direction with STE before travelling.
- Northern-boundary road stop distinct from Puebla Metro. Confirm current stop position and event diversions. Confirm current Line 2 routing and boarding direction with STE before travelling.
- Northern-boundary road stop distinct from the Metro station. Follow authorised crossings to your ticket gate. Confirm current Line 2 routing and boarding direction with STE before travelling.
- Southern arrival for the yellow-side perimeter. Check whether Puerta 13 or 14 is assigned to your ticket; the map does not establish a timed or step-free route.
- Southwestern perimeter handoff shown by the current circuit map. The FAQ instead names El Rodeo among nearby Metrobús options; follow the operator and your ticket instructions.
