The day-one terms prohibit re-entry and outside food and drink. They also restrict customer cancellations, exchanges and refunds; separate conditions cover organiser changes. Children under three may enter General Admission or Grandstand free, but receive no grandstand seat and must be carried by a parent. Premium Hospitality requires a full ticket even for children under three. Keep medication in its original packaging. Professional cameras, drones, glass bottles and cans are prohibited; bags and belongings may be searched on arrival. Confirm accessible viewing and the complete entrance route with the organiser before booking. General Admission does not promise a reserved seat, hospitality or a pit-lane walk. ### Make time for the Fan Village and music. The event includes family activities, interactive zones and gaming in the Fan Village. Formula E also advertises live music after the podium ceremonies for ticket holders; artist names and the final programme are still to be announced. Check your chosen product for its concert viewing area. Standard admission does not include EMOTION Club’s dining, VIP pit-lane walks or conditional backstage tours.
