St Kilda Pier & Foreshore
A bayside walk, with separate advance bookings required for the free penguin viewing sessions.
01 / The experience
St Kilda Pier & Foreshore
Walk the St Kilda foreshore and pier for views across Port Phillip Bay, then leave time for a meal in the neighbourhood. Sunset depends on the weather, and exposed sections can be windy.
Penguin viewing is a separate, capacity-controlled activity. Parks Victoria directs visitors to free ticketed nightly sessions operated by Phillip Island Nature Parks; book through the official provider and check current availability. Do not assume an unbooked pier walk includes access to the penguin viewing area or guarantees a sighting.
